The college accepts payment of tuition and fees by cash, check, money order, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.

Credit/Debit Card Payment

You can pay by credit/debit card by logging in to https://iconnect.mwcc.edu and clicking on the Pay My Bill tab at the top of the page.

Checks or Cash

You can pay by cash at the Student Accounts office on the Gardner Campus or at the main office in Leominster or Devens

Payment Plan

One of the easiest ways to pay for your college expenses is with MWCC’s interest-free monthly payment plan managed by Nelnet Business Solutions. Some of the benefits of the plan include: no interest charges; no late fees; 24/7 web access; 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 easy payments; ACH and credit cards accepted; and a low $30 enrollment fee.

Third Party Payment

Occasionally a student’s employer or outside agency will satisfy all or part of their obligation to the college. Under these circumstances, authorization from the company or agency is required in order to stop cancellation of classes for non payment. Please contact the Student Accounts Office 978-630-9149 with any questions or to submit proper documentation. Student may be required to pay for the course in order to continue if all requirements are not met.

Waivers, Scholarships and Financial Aid

Tuition waivers (for example: senior citizen tuition waivers, veterans waivers, and state-
Contract driven employee benefits) are required to be submitted to the Student Accounts Office by payment due date. Students without documentation may have their classes cancelled for non payment. See more information about financial aid and scholarships.
