Transfer Advising encompasses many different things, and is personalized to your needs. MWCC participates in the MassTransfer program with public colleges throughout the state, we have 3+1 agreements with private schools, and we regularly have admissions counselors from 4 year schools visiting our campus.
Annually, students transfer from MWCC to more than 60 different colleges and universities across the United States! Visit the Advising Center in room 116 on the Gardner campus to schedule an appointment with the transfer counselor, or call 978-630–9109. Transfer advising is available on all campuses. For other transfer information and handouts, visit the Transfer Services Bulletin Board and the Transfer Services Table in the hallway on the way to the cafeteria.
Most importantly, do not transfer until you get the facts!
- What are transfer agreements?
- Do you qualify for MassTransfer or a 3+1 program?
- Have you applied for any transfer scholarships?
- Did you check to see when representatives from the schools you are interested in are visiting campus?
We know how overwhelming this can all get, so we’ve created a series of workshops to help you get through it:
