Morning and evening sessions are offered at various times (see schedules above). Our staff is certified by YogaFit, AFAA, Mossa, AEA and ACE. Printed class schedules are available at the front desk. All fitness levels are welcome.

MOSSA is the most respected developer of professional, high quality, enjoyable group fitness workouts in the health club industry. Their programs are carefully designed and tested to deliver a fun and effective social exercise experience. Group Active, Group Blast, Group Centergy, Group Core, Group Groove, Group Kick, Group Power, Group Ride, and R30 are all offered at MWCC Fitness & Wellness Center in addition to other well-known program formats such as INSANITY and P90X.
