Gainful Employment

On October 29, 2010, the Department of Education published final regulations in the Federal Register, that included new requirements for institutions that offer Title IV student aid to students enrolled in educational programs that lead to gainful employment in a recognized occupation (GE Programs). One part of this regulation requires colleges that offer certificate programs to disclose consumer information about those programs.
