Commencement is a Ticketed Event. Please Read the Information Below Carefully Please Reference the Following Schedule for Commencement Activities

TICKETED GUESTS

  • • Plan to take your seat between 5–5:45PM
  • • Be prepared for bag searches prior to entry

CHILDREN

  • • 3+ are required to have a ticket
  • • Under 3 are expected to sit on a ticket-holder’s lap

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT PERMITTED

  • • Entry during the processional from 6–6:20PM
  • • Strollers in the Fitness Center
  • • Backpacks and other duffle bags

DON’T HAVE A TICKET?

  • • Tent seating available behind the Fitness Center
  • • First-come, first-served
  • • Ceremony will be simulcast to the tent area

  • • Tuesday, May 16 at 6PM
  • • Location: Fitness & Wellness Center
  • • Graduates can find more information on iConnect

COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY

  • • Wednesday, May 17 at 6PM
  • • Location: Fitness & Wellness Center

COMMENCEMENT RECEPTION

  • • Wednesday, May 17 following the ceremony
  • • Location: TBD
  • • All guests and graduates are welcome
  • • Free refreshments will be served

Photos taken of each graduate will be available for purchase at commencementphotos.com Windmill Florist & Gifts will be selling flowers at Commencement & the Nursing Pinning.
Grads can get free MWCC swag by filling out an Alumni Network card before the ceremony. Phi Theta Kappa will be collecting non-perishables for the Gardner Community Action Committee
