Current group fitness schedule (June 9th)

Our Group Exercise program is free to our members and consists of over 60 classes a week to choose from with class formats that include, SilverSneakers®, Group Power®, Group Centergy®, Group Step®, Group Kick®, Group Ride®, Group Groove®, Group Active®, Insanity, Aqua Aerobics, Aqua Zumba, 20/20/20, and Gentle Yoga. Morning and evening sessions are offered at various times. Our staff is certified by AFAA, Body Training Systems, AEA and ACE. Class schedules are available at the front desk. All fitness levels are welcome.
