This account book contains records of B. Stuart and Sons, and of B. and J. H. Stuart of East Princeton, Massachusetts. Accounts relative to their chair manufacturing business include wages, hiring and firing of employees and purchase of wood for chair-making. The Stuarts also ran a general store, and some of the accounts relate to that.
The account book is also available on master negative microfilm.
