A MESSAGE FROM ETUTORING 12/16/14
If you attempted to access eTutoring on Monday, 12/15/14, you found our website unavailable.
As a result of a major server issue, we suspended services to the website around 11AM per our set security protocols. This stopped all access to users of eTutoring.
This incident required that we restore our website to Friday morning, December 12th. Any submitted writing assignments, eQuestions, or tutor responses uploaded from 6AM on Friday the 12th through 11AM on 12/15, will not appear in your eTutoring accounts.
We are working with our tutors to manually email those papers that were reviewed during the weekend to your email address. But if you submitted a writing assignment or an eQuestion to eTutoring that had not been responded to, please resubmit and we will respond as soon as possible.
We are deeply sorry that this incident has impacted your work and your studies and will update this announcement as soon as we learn more.
TUTORING BY APPOINTMENT
For help in most other academic subjects, we match students with qualified tutors and coordinate study groups. Tutors meet with students by appointment at mutually convenient times. For more information or to make an appointment for subject tutoring at the Gardner campus, call us at 978-630-9333.
*Our MATH tutors provide help in all mathematics from arithmetic to calculus and statistics, as well as assistance with mathematical concepts in business, and natural and social science courses. Our WRITING tutors help students apply the basic principles of composition, editing skills, and revision of writing projects in ALL courses.
