Robin provides overall leadership for Mount Wachusett Community College’s Marketing & Communications Division and sets strategic direction of the marketing communication activities for the college as a whole. She serves as a primary ambassador of the college for community relations and is the chief marketing and communications officer for local, state, national, and trade media.

Sarah is the primary leader for use of new and emerging media communications at the college. She manages the college’s online brand, inspires conversation and engagement through social media; is the project manager for the website and web team, and utilizes analytics to measure the effectiveness of all online and new media strategies.
Director of Public Relations

Janice manages the college’s media relations, and writes and distributes press releases, editorials and public service announcements. She serves as a liaison between the college community and local, state, national, and trade media, and is the editor of MWCC’s e-newsletter and News Center on the college’s website.
Web and Digital Asset Specialist

Dana maintains the college’s website, photography, and web projects for the division. He creates and implements dynamic web content, and edits original photography and digital assets for print and online needs.
Coordinator of College Graphics

Stephanie designs the graphics for all the college’s marketing communications including all print advertisements and publications. She assists in the digital asset management of the college’s graphics and stock photography.

Joyce provides administrative support for the division. Her duties include the placement of purchase orders; supporting the coordination of events and specialized marketing efforts; archiving marketing materials; proofreading; maintaining databases and assisting with the research, collection, and compilation of data as needed for preparation and submission of reports.
