Job Description: Camp Marshall is a great place to work if you love: children, the outdoors, great community, creating lifelong friendships, molding future generations, having fun, creativity, and are enthusiastic. Lifeguards at Camp Marshall are overnight counselors that spend most of their day protecting our campers safety at our lake. Staff are expected to be able to work Sunday through Friday with one full period off per day, rotating lifeguard shifts, and one night off a week. Further time off may be requested if needed. We are a traditional summer camp with a variety of different programs. We have overnight and day campers ages 4-17. Our campers and staff sleep in rustic cabins with at least 2 staff per cabin and between 4-10 campers. Our motto is disconnect from technology and reconnect with nature.
Qualifications: Must hold an active lifeguard certification. Must be over 16 years old. Must be able to pass a Cori/Sori.
