Kick off the New Year right! Join one of our certified personal trainers for a 6 week small group training class. We are forming 5 groups to compete against one another. The group that loses the most inches as a percentage in 6 weeks is the winner! The group that wins will receive a 1 month extension and 2 individual sessions with a trainer. The OVERALL winner will receive a 6 month membership extension and 2 individual sessions with a trainer. This program includes:
- 2 Supervised Workouts per Week

- Body Composition
- Flexibility Assessment
- How to Foam Roll
