Peace Pole Dedication

Several MWCC student clubs have collaborated to install a Peace Pole on the Gardner campus in recognition of the college’s 50th anniversary. Recognition Ceremony

The Veterans Group is hosting a recognition ceremony on Wednesday Nov. 6 at 12:30 p.m. in the Commons to honor fellow student Kelli Bator for her contribution and support of student veterans. Following the ceremony, refreshments will be served in the Veterans Center, rooms 137 and 138.

Appreciation breakfast for MWCC Veterans

A Veterans Appreciation Breakfast for students, faculty and staff members who have served in the military or are currently serving, will take place Thursday, Nov. 7 from 8 to 10 a.m. in the North Cafe. MWCC is sponsoring the event to thank members of the college community who have served the country.

MWCC Receives Grant to Provide Childcare Stipends for Students

MWCC has received a four-year, $317,388 federal grant to continue its Child Care Access Means Parents in School (CCAMPIS) program, which provide childcare subsidies and other support services to eligible students.
