The Tea Time Speaker Series continues Monday, April 25 with a panel discussion, “Understanding the LGBTQA Community,” in the North Café. The event begins at 12:15 with refreshments, followed by an hour-long discussion between a panel of community leaders, students and staff who will discuss their struggles and the importance of building a strong support system for the LGBTQA community within society and the education system.
The forum is sponsored by the Diversity Consortium at MWCC, Gateway to College and the SAGA Club (Sexual and Gender Alliance) student club at MWCC.
