If sustainability and environmental responsibility are important to you, MWCC offers the opportunity to work at one of the greenest colleges in the nation. 

Our Gardner campus features two wind turbines, helping propel the college toward near-carbon neutrality for campus operations. With the college’s biomass and solar technologies incorporated into the mix, along with significant efficiency improvements, MWCC generates nearly all of its energy on-site, operating as a near-zero net energy campus.

Note: New employee coverage begins on the first day of the month following 60 calendar days from the first date of employment, or two calendar months, whichever comes first. Employees who do not enroll in Basic Life, Basic Life and Health, Optional Life, Long-Term Disability, or GIC Dental/Vision coverage when first eligible may be subject to late enrollment and annual enrollment rules.
