Nypro Supports STEM Exploration Through MWCC Summer Adventures Program

Mount Wachusett Community College (MWCC) extends its thanks to Nypro for its generous $5,859 contribution to the college’s Summer Adventures program this past summer.

Nypro’s funding supported 21 one-week scholarships for children of MWCC student parents, helping make enriching summer educational experiences more accessible to families balancing college and parenting responsibilities.

Six of the scholarship seats were awarded during the program’s Growing Up Green week, which included a field trip to the EcoTarium in Worcester. The visit provided young learners with opportunities to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) through interactive exhibits and hands-on learning experiences.

Through Summer Adventures, children explored new interests, developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and engaged in activities designed to foster curiosity and creativity.

MWCC is grateful for Nypro’s investment in Summer Adventures and its commitment to supporting student parents, expanding access to educational opportunities, and inspiring the next generation of STEM learners in North Central Massachusetts.
