What to Do Before Attending & Bring to Your Appointment:

1. Create your FSA ID: https://studentaid.gov/fsa-id/create-account/launch
2. Bring Identification: such as a Drivers License, Passport, Proof of Citizenship, Permanent Resident Card or Certificate of Naturalization
3. Bring prior-prior year federal tax returns and associated W-2’s for the current FAFSA filing year and next FAFSA filing year. What is prior-prior? Students are required to file FAFSA based on the tax year TWO years prior to their FAFSA filing year. For Example: Students planning to attend college in Fall 2017 would file the FAFSA using taxes from 2015 rather than 2016.
