What can you study at the MWCC Leominster Campus?

MWCC students are welcome to take classes at any of the campuses where they are offered. The Leominster campus offers a number of degree and certificate programs that can be completed at Leominster, as well as a wide variety of the same classes offered online or at our Gardner campus.

A few of the courses offered at our Leominster campus are: Accounting, Biology, Essentials of A&P, Criminal Law, EMT, CNA, College Writing, History, Statistics, Marketing, and Psychology.

Student SUCCESS Coach

For eligible new students to MWCC, a Student Success Coach is available to offer support, guidance, and resources to help students succeed in their first year at MWCC. Instead of figuring out what office to go to or who to speak with, the Success Coach will help students navigate the many resources available to them at MWCC and assist each student in succeeding and reaching their potential. TRiO North Central Educational Opportunity Center

The TRIO North Central Educational Opportunity Center at MWCC is a federally funded grant program designed to assist adults with the college-going process. The EOC team of bilingual education specialists guide with academic, career, financial aid and financial literacy counseling, including one-on-one assistance with admissions and financial aid applications. Adult Education

The Adult Education division at Mount Wachusett Community College offers adults the opportunity to gain the necessary academic skills to enter a college degree or certification program at MWCC. Free classes offered include high school equivalency preparation and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).

Training Opportunity Program (TOP) – Unemployment/Section 30

The Training Opportunity Program (TOP), also known as Section 30, allows unemployment insurance claimants to receive benefits while enrolled in an approved, full-time training program, with the requirement to seek employment waived by the Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA), potentially encouraging selection of pre-approved training programs for quicker enrollment.
