Payments

MWCC offers several ways to pay for tuition and fees, including credit cards, checks, payment plans, financial aid, scholarships, waivers, and third-party payments.

All charges must be paid by the due date listed on your student bill to avoid class cancellation.

Current students should log into iConnect to view billing details, make a payment, enroll in a payment plan, and access information on waivers, scholarships, financial aid, and required documents.

Refunds

If you withdraw from a class, you must complete an official withdrawal form to be considered for a refund. Refund amounts depend on when you withdraw, and refund deadlines are listed on the academic calendar.

Refund policies may be different for short-term, weekend, online, or noncredit courses.

Current students should log into iConnect to review refund dates, policies, and withdrawal information.

For full details, please review MWCC’s complete refund policy in the College’s Academic Catalog

1098-T Tax Form

The 1098-T is a tax form that shows how much you paid for qualified tuition and fees during the year. Students may use this form when filing their taxes.

Current students can access their 1098-T form through iConnect.

If you have questions, contact Student Financial Services. For help using the form, we recommend speaking with a qualified tax professional.
