Employee Representation

Mount Wachusett Community College is a unionized workplace, with collective bargaining agreements and personnel policies that support employee rights, shared governance, and positive labor relations.

The College works in partnership with AFSCME Local 1067 and the Massachusetts Community College Council (MCCC), which represent various groups of full-time and part-time faculty, including Division of Continuing Education (DCE) instructors. Employees who are not represented by a union are classified as Non-Unit Personnel (NUP). Your position at the College will determine the employee group or union representation applicable to you.
