Tracking Service Learning & Volunteer Hours

Tracking Service Learning & Volunteer Hours

The Brewer Center uses a platform called Give Pulse to assist students, faculty, staff, and community partners to track hours, advertise events, and keep tabs on their overall impact. You can access Give Pulse through iConnect.

What can you do on Give Pulse specifically?

  •  Search for local events, groups and causes you care most about
  •  Register for events and use your dashboard to manage and review your experiences in one place
  •  Log and track hours volunteered in one location. Get insights, statistics, and an analysis of your contributions to society.

The best way for a student to ensure that their service learning and volunteer hours appear on their transcript is to submit timesheets using Give Pulse. Community Partners will be able to verify hours if tracked correctly.

How to create an account on Give Pulse?

To obtain a GivePulse account with MWCC, please log on to iConnect and locate the Give Pulse icon (letter “G” with a ribbon”). Click on the icon and then follow the prompted instructions. Please view the graphic below for how to claim a Give Pulse account. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at community@mwcc.mass.edu.
