Subscribe to MWCC News Members of the Polish American Veterans (PAV) of Greater Gardner visited Mount Wachusett Community College on December 20, 2021, to present an $11,000 donation to the college in support of Veteran students.
PAV Commander John Kazinkas was joined by his daughter and Gardner City Council President, Elizabeth Kazinskas and fellow member Michael Zlotnik and his son Massachusetts State Representative Jonathan Zlotnik.
“We are so thankful for this incredible donation,” stated Robert Mayer, Director of Veterans Services for MWCC. “This donation will enable us to continue supporting our veteran students and their families well into the future.”
The MWCC Veterans Services was established specifically to address the unique academic, financial, physical, and social needs of veterans transitioning from soldier to student. MWCC is committed to providing our Military Service Members, Veterans, and their families with assistance and guidance through their academic career including a veteran center offering comprehensive services, advising, access to technology, and a dedicated space to study.
