Registering for courses online is easy, even if you normally meet with an advisor. Online registration is available 24/7 and you can do it in your jammies! Now, what’s better than that?
First Step – What classes do you need?
Log onto iConnect and click the DegreeWorks icon. You are now able to view which courses you still need to take, which count as electives, and which are still needed to graduate.
#1 While you are logged in, you can view other helpful information like course grades, GPA and your major!
#2 Courses labeled Not Apply to Your Degree will not be covered by financial aid unless they qualify as a pre-requisite or co-requisite requirement.
Now that you know which classes you still need to graduate, it’s time to get signed up.
Second Step – Review Course Information
While you are logged into iConnect, click the Search for Course button. Use the filter to narrow down your search. Select the semester, campus and subject areas you need and click search. This will allow you to see details about the course, and book or equipment requirements, and class availability.
Last Step – Register!
Finally, while logged into iConnect, click the Register for Classes button. Then, simply select the term you are registering for, click “add class” and enter the CRN numbers for the classes and click submit! And poof, you are now all registered!
Lectures, labs and co-requisite courses must be entered at the same time or you will receive an error.
Have a printer and want to print your schedule?
You can do this through iConnect as well. Log in and click the View my Schedule button, select the term and right-click on the screen to select print.
