8:30 CHECK IN
9:00 – 10:00 AM WELCOME & STUDENT/FACULTY PANEL
MWCC Theater
Our official kickoff for orientation will set the stage for everything you will hear and learn.
10:15 – 11:00 AM ACADEMIC & CAREER COMMUNITY SESSIONS
MWCC Classrooms
An interactive review of the Academic and Career Community Action Plans, with a focus on academic program milestones, career pathways, and key resources.
11:15 – 12:30 PM LUNCH BREAK
Lunch with Career Communities and Faculty
Enjoy a complimentary lunch with faculty and your peers.
12:30 – 12:45 PM AFTERNOON TRANSITION BACK TO THEATRE
12:45 – 1:45 PM COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS: STUDENT SERVICES,  ADVISING, LEARNING SUCCESS & CONNECTION

Four inspiring mini workshops focused on student support services, resources on campus, student life opportunities and community connection are designed to help you build a strong foundation for the semester.
2:00 – 4:00 PM STUDENT LIFE EXPO & ICE CREAM SOCIAL
Student Center
Connect with student organizations & community resources all while enjoying a sweet treat! Don’t forget this is a great spot to fill your swag bag with information and goodies.
2:00 – 5:00 PM OPTONAL PROGRAMMING: THE BUSINESS OF BEING A STUDENT
Various Locations

  • MWCC Tech Cafe – Find help with the technology you will use as a student. (Hall of Possibilities)
  • Student ID Pick Up – Pick up your MWCC Student ID (Student Center)
  • Campus Essentials Tours – Explore campus with an official guide. (The Commons)
  • Walk Your Schedule – Bring your schedule and find your classrooms! (The Commons)
  • Meet the Learning Consultants – Get to know this dynamic team (The LaChance Library)
  • Leominster Campus Tour – Arrive on the Leominster Campus from 3:30pm-5pm for a campus tour
Event Concludes Complete a brief survey to provide feedback and suggestions for future sessions.
