English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)
Mount Wachusett Community College English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program provides free English classes for adult learners whose native language is not English. Beginning, intermediate and advanced level classes are offered in the morning and evening. Classes focus on reading, writing, speaking, listening, vocabulary, grammar and conversation.The ESOL program prepares students to develop the language skills required to communicate effectively in the community, workplace and in their daily lives and to use English for entering college, job training and career advancement. All instruction is in English. Students must be at least 16 years old.
Classes are offered at the following times and locations:
MWCC Leominster Campus
Morning classes are offered on the Leominster Campus on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00 AM- 12:30 PM.
Evening classes are offered on Monday and Wednesday evenings from
6:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
