Information Technology Services (ITS) provides technology support for the Mount Wachusett Community College community and visitors to our campuses. Whether you need assistance connecting to Wi-Fi, accessing campus technology, or finding the right IT resource, our team is here to help.

Current students: For student-specific technology support, including iConnect, Blackboard, WebConnect, email, password resets, and account assistance, please log in to iConnect and submit a Help Desk request or contact the Help Desk directly at helpdesk@mwcc.edu or 866-520-7129.

Campus Wi-Fi

MWCC offers wireless internet access at its Gardner, Leominster, and Fitchburg campuses.

Guests are welcome to connect to the MWCC Guest wireless network for free internet access while on campus.

Please note:

  • The guest network is intended for general web browsing and internet access.
  • Because it is an unsecured network, avoid accessing sensitive or confidential information while connected.

Students, Faculty, And Staff

Members of the MWCC community should connect to the secure eduroam wireless network using their MWCC credentials. Eduroam also provides wireless access at participating colleges and universities after your device has been configured.

For assistance connecting to eduroam, please contact the Help Desk or log in to iConnect for support resources.

Account Setup

  1. Go to iConnect
  2. Click the “Activate your Account” link below the login form
  3. You will need your student identification number (listed on your acceptance letter or email).
  4. Follow the prompts in the next windows to create a password for your account.

These new credentials will give you access to MWCC computers, access to MWCC’s wireless network (via your own laptop, or phone), and iConnect (Email, WebConnect, Blackboard are all available via iConnect).

Forgot your credentials? No problem, go to iConnect and click on “Student Password Reset” and follow on-screen directions.
