Workforce Access and Education
Workforce Access & Education at Mount Wachusett Community College offers adults the opportunity to gain the necessary training and academic skills to enter the workforce or enroll in a college degree program at MWCC. Training courses prepare students for work in Healthcare, Human Services, Advanced Manufacturing, Technology, and other fields. Students will develop skills to start a new career or take their career to the next level.
Manufacturing and IT
MWCC offers free training programs in Manufacturing and Information Technology to eligible residents of North Central Massachusetts. Training Programs prepare students for industry certification exams, exciting employment opportunities, and are offered in person or online over 8-week, 16-week, and 32-week sessions depending on the program.
Computer Information Systems (CIS) provides the skills you need for an introductory-level job in IT support.
Advanced Manufacturing training currently offered is the Introduction to Robotics course, with immediate Production Technician job placement.

Please select one WAE grant funded program to apply to. You must successfully complete the training program and find employment in the designated program field.

- Complete the Training Program Inquiry Form
- Schedule and attend one-on-one interview with program coordinator
- Complete the Intake Form
