Adam Gelinas, Computer Information Systems

After graduating high school I enrolled at MWCC because I was unsure what I wanted to major in. I intended to simply get some transferable credits while I figured out what to be when I grew up. Early on I took a programming course as an elective. Little did I know that was the start of my career. The faculty nurtured my curiosity and encouraged me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree after my Associate’s. At MWCC I learned all the fundamentals required to succeed in the field of software engineering. The CIS curriculum gives students a broad and solid foundation on which to build.
