Mission Statement
MWCC Health Services will support, honor and promote Health and Wellness as an opportunity for students to enjoy their academic life.
Health and Wellness
Most Community College Students have multi-layered lives. Some are working as well as pursing their educational goals. Others are returning to school after many years. Many are juggling family responsibilities as well. All of these issues create added demands on you and your time. It is important to recognize that your well being and how you feel physically, emotionally, and spiritually will greatly impact your academic success. Simple choices such as eating healthy foods, getting exercise and adequate sleep will also help. Time management and setting realistic goals for yourself will assist you in meeting your responsibilities and demands of academic and personal pursuits. Please feel welcomed and invited to Health Services and Counseling Services if you feel we can be of any help in these areas.
