According to multiple studies, children lose 1 to 3 months of math proficiency over their summer vacation. What can a concerned parent do? Keep math in mind. For example, if you can’t decide whether to sign your child up for “Recreational Camp” or “Math Motivator,” experts recommend going with the math.
Math Motivator is full of hands-on activities and offers a fun learning environment that encourages mathematical thinking. Some of our fun activities include board games, money, clocks, word problems, outdoor activities, and even giant dice games. Math Motivator is dedicated to enhancing the potential in children by encouraging an understanding and a love of math. Staff will guide children through their academic work with sensitivity to their individual needs and the curriculum is geared to recognize different learning styles.
